This manifold is designed to fit the standardĀ 49cc short stroke engine.
The intake diameter is 20mm. The position of the carburator is identical to the original. Ideal to get the best out of your bore-up project.
No need to mess around boring up your 40 year old original Honda manifold, which will only allow you to go up to 16mm.
This part comes with mounting bolts
Gasket not included.
AlSi10Mg Aluminum Alloy
AlSi10Mg is an Aluminum Alloy suitable for metal 3d printing.
It contains additions of Silicone for added strength and hardness, and Magnesium for increased corrosion resistance. The manifold is manufactured in process calledĀ ‘Selective Laser Melting’ (SLM), which melts aluminum powder into a solid metal part.
Compared to the Alumide manifolds (a mixture of polyamide plastic and aluminum powder), AlSi10Mg is far superior in terms of mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, and temperature resistance. It looks and feels exactly like a cast aluminum part, while being while being less costly than a billet CNC alternative
